| ozomatli, slightly stoopid, and g. love played at crossroads last night. it was one of the best concerts i've ever been to. ozomatli came into the croud like always and formed a circle right next to us. it was badass. and i dont think i've ever seen so much ganja smoke at an outdoor venue as i did last night when slightly stoopid came on. everyone lit up, and i mean everyone. it was a great way to say goodbye to the good run i had with my friend mary jane. im sad to say our time together has to come to an end, but i spose my lungs will thank me. oh and g. love. what a badass, thats all i gotta say. hes a fuckin awesome musician and an equally good performer. friday the avett brothers and big smith are playing, and on next tuesday dave matthews is coming to town.
man, life is good |

| Rain. Its been pouring down for the past week and a half here in Missouri. It's supposed to continue for the next week as well. Something about rain is so serene, and ambient. It's our true Mother watering herself, quenching that thirst for life she has. Is there a point of too much rain? I don't know, but it sure does get pretty chill. I feel like sometimes my thoughts rush down the hill with the rain. Roots need to catch them, and then the rain should move on. |
